- DL (110 x 220mm) – Fits a trifold A4 document
- DLX envelopes (120 x 235mm) – widely used for larger A4 folded documents.
- C4 envelopes (229 x 324mm) – useful if you need to keep what’s inside flat, if it’s an A4 document, or for folded A3 documents.
- All sizes come with plain, windowed, and security styles, as well as lick and stick, or peal and seal options.

There are several zones on an envelope which aid in the mail sorting process, including a ‘Keep Clear Zone’, ‘Postage Zone’, ‘Service Zone’ and ‘Address Zone’. Printed Envelopes with Return Address
Make it easy for your mail to find its way back to you – just in case.
Adding a return address not only looks professional, it also helps with undeliverable mail and compliance if you’re sending bulk items.
Your return address is generally printed in the top-left corner of the envelope.

If you wish to use Window Faced envelopes, we can mail merge the name and address to your letter, print, fold, insert into your envelope, and lodge for mailing.
This service is especially handy for bulk mail campaigns or when you’re sending to a long list of clients or customers.

Postage Paid Australia
Sending mail under an Australia Post Bulk Mail service?
We can print envelopes with the official “Postage Paid Australia” imprint, making it easy to mail in bulk.
Benefits:

- Cost-effective: Can be a more economical option than individual postage stamps for regular mailings.
- Practical: Suitable for various types of mail, including letters, brochures, and direct mail pieces.
We’ll make sure your artwork meets Australia Post requirements, and we can even help with lodgement if needed.
IMPORTANT: Envelopes with a Postage Paid Australia imprint must be lodged as bulk mail and paid for at the time of lodgement. You cannot use street posting boxes to send mail that has been imprinted with Postage Paid Australia.
