Can I track my parcel online?

Depending on what your shipping consultant had recommended your parcel could go through one of several carriers. You will be told when issued your tracking number and which of our shipping partners is taking care of your delivery.

My package was supposed to be here, but it has not arrived. What can I do?

If your package has exceeded it’s expected delivery window we recommend tracking it online or contacting the MBE centre which booked the shipment.

I tracked my shipment, and it appears there is a customs or clearance delay. What should I do?

Either contact the carrier directly to query the delay of feel free to contact your MBE for advice on ways to speed up the process.

What kind of information can I get when tracking a shipment?

Most carriers will provide information on where your package was last scanned, when it is likely to get there, and even who signed for it at its destination. They will also show if there are any delays or outstanding issues.

I tracked my shipment, and there haven’t been updated on it in more than a day. What should I do?

A day or so with no updates is normal, especially for international deliveries. If it’s been a significantly long time with no update we recommend lodging a query with the carrier.
