Do I need a business or personal mailbox?
If you are getting just personal items a personal box is fine. If you intend to receive mail on behalf of a business of using the address in an online business listing, you will need a business or premium tier box.
Can I register my company at your address?
For home businesses you can, in most cases, list your box or suite address rather than your personal address as your mailing address.
Am I able to check my mail without coming into the store?
If you can’t make it in you’re always welcome to call the store to ask if you have any items. Make sure you’re set up for notifications to know when new mail comes in.
How can I cancel my Mailbox Service and what happens to my mail?
To cancel your box rental, simply contact your store. Your centre can set your box to expire at the end of your contract or to close early if you wish. Please note partial refunds are not offered for unfinished terms.
If you cancel your box rental mail still addressed to you or your business will start to be refused or returned to the sender. We highly recommend your address be updated everywhere before canceling your box.
In the case of an MBE address used for business, we require all online listings to be removed before termination of the contract.
Do I need to come in to sign up for the mailbox service?
Nope! You can sign up on our website or ask for a form via email.
How will you forward my mail/packages? What carriers do you use?
We use not only Australia post but also premium express and international couriers like DHL, Toll, TNT & FedEx. The carrier used will be chosen to best suit your needs and budget.

Do I need identification (I.D.) to rent a mailbox?
Yes, We require one form of government issues photo ID for Australian citizens and two for international clients. Drivers Licenses and passports are the favoured identifications.
How many names may I have on the mailbox?
This depends on your rental tier. Your local centre can recommend the box that suits your needs.
How much does it cost for my mail and packages to be forwarded?
Costs depend on the destination and method of post. We have a wide range of budget, express and even international options we are happy to recommend.
Can I use my address for any purpose, without restriction?
Some restrictions apply. While you can list the address as your mailing address you cannot claim it as your residential address or place of business.
